Terms of Participation

Who can take part

• Children aged 4 to 13 on the first day of Ramadan for the current season.
• Each child must be registered by their parent or legal guardian, who must be an adult. Children may not create accounts or register themselves.
• Entry is free. No purchase or donation is needed to take part or to win.

Parent or guardian responsibilities

• Give accurate information, especially your child's date of birth, which decides their age group.
• Supervise your child when they record or submit entries.
• Keep your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there.

Entries

• Each child can enter up to 4 competitions per season.
• Entries must be the child's own work, without outside help during quizzes or recordings.
• Submissions must be made before the deadline shown on the site. Late entries are not accepted.
• Recordings should show only the child taking part. Please avoid including other people, your home address or anything else that identifies where you live.
• The online quiz can be taken once per child, unless a judge asks for it to be retaken.

Use of entries

You keep ownership of your child's entries. You allow MuslimVille to store them and share them with our judges so they can be scored. We will not publish or broadcast a child's recording, image or voice without asking you first and getting your separate permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Judging and prizes

• Entries are scored by our judges using the published rubric for each competition.
• The judges' decisions are final.
• Prizes, amounts and eligibility for the grand prize draw are as described on the site for the season.
• Winners are announced after Eid al-Fitr and contacted through the parent's email address.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may need to confirm a winner's age before awarding a prize.

Fair play

We may disqualify entries, or remove accounts, that give false information, include another person's work, try to manipulate scores, or contain inappropriate content.
